Hi,
I am having an issue with my clover mini, every time I try to do a payment transaction Clover Mini says "transaction failed". If I go to the Setup app, at the top right corner it says Offline with a red icon.
The weird thing is that the very same issue happening to a co-worker, he is using a different Clover Mini device (he lives and works at a different city as well).
The only thing we have in common is we use the very same DEV account, so maybe the issue is related with our dev account rather than with the Mini devices. However when I login to sandbox setup site there is nothing saying the account has been deactivated.
Could you help me to figure out what the issue might be?
