Our order system can have pickup/delivery time different from order create time.
for example, client can place order at 10 AM for his lunch at 2 PM.
So how we can manage to display order due time on print receipt and order details at clover ?

Can look into using Smart Receipts to show the pickup/delivery time on the receipt (https://docs.clover.com/build/smart-r...).
Having your pick up/delivery time displayed in Clover apps (Register, Orders, etc.) is not supported.
Some developers use the note field on the order object since it appears in some of the merchant and customer facing views/on receipts, but the merchant and other developer's apps can change the note, so it is not recommended/supported.
