Can you check various logs on your web server to see if there is any information there?

I'm using Google App Engine. I just found a work around, which is to use https://meerchant-sms-1.appspot.com/s... instead of https://s.chowbot.com/somehook, even though they go to the same place. I had a similar issue with Twilio.
