There doesn't seem to be a section for entering the table number. How should this be defined in order to place an order?

When ordering from the Tablet (Android), is it possible to directly place an order to the Clover POS device through the Cloud API? or, do we need to connect the Tablet (Android) directly to the Clover POS device to place an order?


When placing an order through the Cloud API, there doesn't seem to be a section for entering the table number. How should this be defined in order to place an order?

From my understanding, you are trying to add the orders to a table from Clover Dining using Clover REST APIs. Clover REST APIs are not open to use Clover Dining. Therefore, the orders will not sync to the Clover Dining Tables but only appear in the Order Apps. However, you can add an order number by using the title field in the request.
