Semi-integration with external POS need approval?

Hi,

We have external POS just sending the amount to Flex2 terminal and retrieve success or fail from the terminal.

The development is done with the DevKit using Network Pay Display.

Using LAN IP address to communicate.

We are ready to go to the PROD.

Do we have to submit the app in PROD event if the App won't be available on the app market?
