Is there a discounts API?

I can see the discounts and happy hour modules in the app market. Is there an API for retrieving discounts created here for validation against order items? I can only see how to add a discount on the Orders section of the V3 API.

Take a look at the old v2 API here: https://www.clover.com/rest-api The v2 API is still supported.
