How to detect if Clover Mini 3rd at run time?

Hi, we have an android app that targets Clover Mini devices. We would like to distinguish at runtime if on a Clover Mini 3rd gen or not. Is there an API for this?

Apps are generally written device-agnostic.

Is there any reason why would you want to detect a Clover Mini 3rd Gen?
