Stuck at "Error Retrieving Merchant Information"

Trying to activate a new Sandbox Mini, during the setup wizard, I receive "Error Retrieving Merchant Information" and cannot activate the device.

I've validated I have a WiFi connection.

I saw an earlier post about side-loading a cert update, however, when attempting to connect with adb over WiFi, I receive the following error:

unable to connect to 192.168.1.180:5555: cannot connect to 192.168.1.180:5555: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. (10061)

How do I get this to work?

Up to 2 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 512.0 KiB each and 1.0 MiB total.

Are you able to try over USB?

Try adb connect 192.168.1.180:5555

Di-associate & re-associate the device (make sure you're connected to the internet on the device before doing this), if problem persist contact dev@clover.com
