what next application approval

I got approved to the app what the next process I have told that I have to talk to some one to setup the bank information so the customers can buy from our website (this what app does) , but they need the MID when I provided it they can't find it as it start with RCTSTXXXXXXXXX , where should I find the MID or should I have clover device with a merchant ID and I have to install the app on it , I am so confused and no body understand the issue and they can't help me

What is your app ID please.

Yes even if your app is a free, private app, you will need to set up the bank information as that is required for a subscription, even a free subscription, to be associated with a merchant account.
