How to get tender Ids and OrderType Ids?

I have different tender types like cash, master card, visa, etc. To create a payment on an order I need tender id. How to get it?

Also, I have "Pickup and Delivery" order types, while creating order, I need to add orderType id. How to get it?

Tender types for merchant /v3/merchants/{mId}/tenders. Order types /v3/merchants/{mId}/order_types.
