We have a client experiencing an issue (they are stuck in a loop for a particular use case). They provided a video. We follow the steps in the video but cannot replicate the issue.
Is there something on the terminal that can print out the terminal information? I saw a "Send device logs" button in the "Diagnostics" app but I'd image that goes directly to Clover.

If your app has no analytics capabilities (if it doesn't, you should add that capability) that log data back to your server, etc. you don't have a lot of options. You can send us the device logs but it needs to be done immediately after the problem is encountered. Then you can contact developer relations and tell them that you pushed logs, provided the serial number and see if they can help.
