The general answer is yes, but there are restrictions. You can only read unencrypted card data from cards that have been whitelisted with Clover, or if the card is non-financial (has a PAN <12 digits). You can look at the docs around Intents.ACTION_SECURE_CARD_DATAfor details, but the first step is to contact appmarketbusiness@clover.com and describe your business use case.
