We have two version of app, one we have published and the other version is side loaded on one of our first client. Both this apps have Smart Receipts enabled and provide a URL.
However, the print receipt for one of this has QR Code and other one doesn't .
Per Documentation, below.., they both should have QR code on the paper receipt

If you provided a URL, it will be encoded into a QR code and printed on the left side of the smart receipt text. If you did not specify an URL, it will only print the smart receipt text.
Why would that be?
