is there anyway we can get logs of an app we have installed in our clover station device?

It’s a clover station 2018 production device. And our app is installed in it
In production you would either need to use a third party logging service or write logs to your server. https://community.clover.com/questions/1937/how-can-we-get-the-log-file-from-a-merchants-clove.html. If you are trying to debug a specific crash then I can probably take a look for you if you provide me with the serial number and the time the crash occurred.
I have a foreground service running and it stop working suddenly and i believe it is because of some crash. I will be thankful if you can check the logs for my app if it got crashed today. I can send you app id or serial number of device
