generating token using oauth in a web php server

i have a pc based application and a website based one that connects to the clover database to read inventory numbers and use the website generated token to access them for each of our stores. i want to move to oauth to generate these tokens but i dont use a clover pos app so i dont have a app id or app secret how to i generate a token without a pos app?

In order to obtain an OAuth token you have to have a Clover app. In your case you would need to create a web application. Then you can obtain a token - https://docs.clover.com/clover-platform/docs/using-oauth-20.
