Hi, @Jimmy.K. I'm unable to locate your merchant in either production or Sandbox environment. Can you please verify that the merchant ID is correct? Or provide the merchant name.

Please call your merchant services provider or clover support using the "Call Me" button, as responses in this request might take time and the community is more centered to development support overall.
