Collecting data from all merchants as soon as payment is done.

Hi,
I am looking to develop an application, which collects the data as soon as customer does successful transaction at merchant, and then open the app I developed in their flex to ask customers for their details and push everything back to my server.

Can anyone please help me, in knowing how should I start and what all I need to have and is this even possible?

This is possible. You would need to develop a native application which listens for when a payment has been processed. Additionally, in order for a Merchant to install this app on device, the app must be published to the Clover App Market.
