Refunds Rest API returning incorrect device id

It started yesterday, get refund API e.g. https://api.clover.com/v3/merchants/current/refunds/PSJ5MD473MTDA returning garbage device id like 'PªV@¢˜DÁº\"\u000BFœl'. Please get this issue fixed ASAP!
