Clover Mobile Device not recognized

i need to sideload APK to update due to Merchant not found error. The Device manager does not recognize and the ADB Devices command returns no devices

If you're running a Windows machine and having trouble with setting up ADB with our device, please follow this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yl-W2gmvFbI

If you're having difficulty getting ADB to recognize the device, try using a different Windows device or Mac device if available.
