We got a call from a Merchant stating that their App did not update automatically. I checked our Clover Developer page under the App's Merchant list:
https://www.clover.com/developers/ ID>/apps/<App ID>/merchants
This page showed that the Merchant had the latest version of our App.
I had the Merchant go into their App Market and lookup our App. This showed that their version was two versions below the latest version of our app. I had the Merchant uninstall and reinstall our App to get the latest version, that worked.
Is there a problem with Clover's update process? Or am I missing something?
