DevKit factory reset

Recently received 'devKit' is unusable after doing factory reset. Clover Setup Wizard can't get pass "Secure payment Setup" and setup is stuck with error "There was an issue configuring secure payments. Please contact support."

Do I need to change something on my developer's account or dummy merchant account?

Double check you have a solid internet connection. But most likely something is likely messed up on our sandbox server, if so there is nothing you can do about it. I will try to pass this ticket along.

I am also having this issue. Multiple attempts with fresh factory resets produce the same failure at the same stage (configuring secure payments).

Could you include logcat? Maybe a link to a pastebin as it'd likely quite large.

Clear exception thrown in the logs towards the end

Thanks, it looks like our sandbox RKI server is down as I suspected. I have opened a ticket to have it fixed.

Hi, After the Factory reset is done. I am getting this error "There was an issue configuring secure payments. Please contact support." from the page "Clover setup wizard -> Activation screen". Can any one help me out of this.

Hey guys. I'm having exactly the same problem. "Clvoer setup wizard > Clover needs to update (1 of 2)". Do you know what to to? Thanks
