Clover Station Duo Port Hub issue: merchant has replaced port hub twice. order printer in kitchen plugged into same network as the duo station 9both in modem router). Modem router has been fully tested, fiber optic high speed, Bell has tested it, with new ethernet cable CAT-6 also replaced. However, with Wi-Fi network activated, allows diagnostic server, process, notification to work well (with WIFI conditions). When ethernet patch cable is plugged into port hub , Diagnostic deactivates with three red x circles beside SERVER,PROCESS and NOTIFICATION. As well order printer in kitchen will not print although it indicates as working (green light on printer LED) ,.. this is odd situation and i cannot understand it ?
i am wondering if duo station factory reset , would remedy this issue ?
please help me solve this, it is a digital phenomenon
