Add a new tender

Hi everyone, I need your help.
[US] I use Oauth2 to get an access token and this token can get information about tenders. But when I use it to create a new tender by API: v3/merchants/{mId}/tenders, the response is:

"message": "401 Unauthorized". Although I accepted MERCHANT_R, MERCHANT_W permissions.

did you have the permissions before you installed the app, if you made changes to your permissions after app install you will have to get a new OAuth token
