Install error clover dining app in dev sandbox

I purchased Clover Station duo 2 developer Kit and Clover Mini3 Developer Kit.


I tried to install 'Clover Dining' app to dev kit but it failed.


I also tried to set something in sandbox(dev mode). but it also failed.


Is there no way that install 'clover dining' app to dev kit?
