We have a merchant with a Clover Duo and KDS unit. She claims all of her orders go straight onto the KDS unit. But orders from 2 of our apps do not appear on the KDS unit.
What precisely enables an Order to appear on a KDS unit, and how can this be achieved by 3rd parties. Is it entirely label based, i.e. if an item contains a label which has been specified in the Printers app > Order Printer > Labels to Auto-Print, then any items with those labels will end up on the KDS unit?
If so, how can we determine what labels these are using the native Android SDK and the REST api?
I can see a GET `mid/tags?expand=items` produces a list of items for each label, do we need to cache these and assign them ourselves even though the Register app does it automatically?
