ability to have Tips go to server not cashier

Example: Merchant wants employees to be able to cash each other out, or when multiple bartenders are working, if one is busy the others can cash each others customers out without the tips/debit/credit report going on the cashiers report. We have recently setup a big restaurant and this is a dealbreaker for them
