We are using Secure Network Pay Display on Clover Mini devices. Also, we use the Default Employee\Quick Access so employees do not have to enter a passcode on the devices. When a employee tabs the four corners of the screen to exit Secure Network Pay Display, the "Quick Access" button does not display. A administrator then has to log in with a passcode and logout to get the "Quick Access" button to display. The issue started around February\March of this year. We have attempted many times to get help from Clover Support without success. Any ideas?
