Can i use API type, ecommerce api token for iframe integration and rest api access both?

I want to use API type token for both iframe integration and to access REST APIs as well,

Yes, you use the private token as the bearer/accessToken/OAuth token in the REST API Calls, the public key is your PAKMS.
