POS Stations not syncing tables and orders

I have 4 POS stations. Servers will enter an order on one station, but it will not show up on any other station. If they open the same table back up, and enter an order, that new order will not show up on the original POS station. Servers have to remain at 1 station throughout the entirety of the order or else food items will get lost. Attached are photos on 2 different stations, seconds apart, but showing different tables active, a lost table and takeout orders that are not syncing as well. A huge mess. I'm using my manager # so I can see all orders and tables
