Intergating Cashmanagement solution (automatic cashdrawer)

Good day, we would like to integrate our fully automatic cash recycler into Clover POS. Our solution accepts, recycles and gives as change coins and notes. We would like to adapt our webApi to retrieve the amount to pay at the Clover POS. Is there any command in Clovers' API available to retrieve the amount to pay during the sales process? After having finalized the payment our webApi is able to inform Clover if payment was successful yes/no. Our solution replaces an ordinary cash-drawer/till. Hello Bryan, thank you for pointing out. We reviewed all info but don't see any way to retrieve the amount to pay. Except for; https://docs.clover.com/docs/creating-custom-tender-apps. We understand this is only possible by creating an App that should be tested/approved by Clover which can be installed afterwards on Clover device. This app should then communicate with our webApi. Is there no other way to retrieve the amount to pay from the Clover Device? We do not develop or are a POS. We are just a peripheral that treats a cash payment. Is it perhaps possible that we emulate a card terminal that is already integrated into Clover?
