I have created an application in my production environment. This application is not submitted yet. I can't see any option to delete it. Can any one suggest a way to delete it?

From this page our docs,
Once your app is created on the developer dashboard and has been added by any developer account(s) including your own test merchant accounts it is no longer possible to delete that app or to create a new app with the same name.
If you want to phase out that app, I would just rename it via the app's Details section.
