I have two units with cash draws. The cash draws will not open automatically even though the settings in the payments setup are correct. I can not open it manually from Clover Dining & the Register App. It opens normally with the key. I've swapped out multiple new cash boxes without any luck.
The only way I can fix this is to do a factory reset. It works after re-activation but the situation comes back after a period of time. What could be causing this? Thanks.
