We are using the REST API for Atomic orders, during the Super Bowl one of our restaurants was receiving a high volume of orders. We started to receive a timeout when trying to pull the modifiers. The error that we were getting is "Timeout waiting for connection from pool". This happened randomly about a month ago as well on one order for a restaurant, the restaurant at the time was not experiencing a high volume of orders.
Is there something that we can do to correct this and make sure that it does not continue to happen? Anyone else experience this?
