Can't Associate Devkit Flex 3 (C405)

Had done association devkit before with Mini or Flex without any problem. This time it keep showing "The serial number you entered doesn’t match our records " after I entered the serial number (from Device Information Menu on flex).

We apologize you are running into this issue. Can you please email developer-relations@devrel.clover.com with your developer UUID, test merchant UUID and the Clover Flex 3 DevKit serial number.

Also, if you can add "Flex 3 DevKit Association" as a subject, therefore, we can quickly spot it.
