When we create an API token from the account for integrating online orders, the clover device malfunctions i.e..' Tax is not added by default for orders in clover device.
This had happened for two clients. please react ASAP
tax is not added as default on clover device once we generated api tokens from their account
- What kind of Ecommerce integration are you using?
- Are you using Atomic Orders?
- Is the tax issue you're encountering solely for online orders, or for on-device orders as well?
- Why are you generating merchant tokens for Ecommerce integrations when you're working with multiple clients?
1) We are generating all types of Ecommerce tokens with both read and write access.
2) Yes, we are using atomic orders API.
3) We are facing the issue only in the device.
4) We have developed an app in the clover market place is still in the review process so we are using a manual method to generate API tokens.
Can you please rpy ASAP?
