How to push order notification through Order app?

Hi,

We push order requests through API to Clover Flex 2 and we see order information on Order app but we don't see any notification. We have to open Order app to see order information. Is there anyone faced this problem? Thank you.

On your clover Flex 2 navigate to Settings -> Apps & notifications , search for "Orders" app then tap Notifications and make sure that the "Override Do Not Disturb" is on.screen-shot-2022-11-23-at-40909-pm.png
