REST Pay Display- Offline payment

Hi

1. Clover Mini V2 (No Sim Version) and POS are all hard-wire connected to our own router; Not connect to store Internet service provider router

2. Using Rest Pay Display to integrated with our POS

3. the clover mini is enable offline payment already

4. if the store internet is down, Intranet is still working with our own router; the clover will not able to process the offline pay via Rest Pay Display

Any idea? Please help.

Hi David,

Are you asking about this solution in a hypothetical sense, or are you having an issue with your implementation?

If the latter, what response do you get after you attempt the offline payment using the local connection method? Are you able to successfully send a non-payment command to it, such as Display Message?

Hi Kevin,

I am having issues for over 80 stores while the store internet is down.

pls see the picture. and we can send the command to trigger tips, then payment. but decline

Any suggestions?
