Notify when payment completed

I have notice that when payment completed and I have to select 1 of following (No receipt, Print, email receipt, text receipt) in order for clover to send notify to completed payment. Can it notify complete payment right after enter Pin and approve signature? because next step is print receipt is not important.notify.jpg
