I don't have a URL to create a OAuth2 number in sandbox.

I'm trying to 'create a charge' in the sandbox. (using C#) I need an OAuth2, but in order to get that I need a URL. I am not going to be using a URL.

is there a way to use that green 'Try it!' button without a URL?
