Please supply more information. Is this a Clover Station or Mobile or Mini? What app are you using and what are the exact steps to reproduce this issue?
We are having the same issue with split payment. We have clover station with mini attached, sometimes after cash payment is applied, the balance shows, other times, it shows for a moment then disappears and the remaining balance is not shown. Clicking "full amount" adds the balance to the field, but the lack of balance on display appears to be a glitch. Also, and more importantly, it requires two receipts to be issued. When our customer uses two forms of payment, they just want one receipt reflecting both payment amounts.
