Printer Not Working As Expected.

Hello,

We are creating a order using atomic order API by passing item id with all the details incluing tags.

Order is shown in the dashboard.

Problem is, In one of the location, it gets printed in the respective printers and its working fine.

But in another location it does not work as expected (i.e., two printers working correctly and another printer is not working but it is configured correctly.)

What causes this issue. Is there anything related to terminal or printer? Or what are the other possibilities that causes this issue?

How are you triggering the order to print on device?

Using REST API.

We are using REST API to print order. -

I'm running into printing errors created via Rest atomic api. I noticed the orders that don't have modification elements on the items print fine, but the ones with modifications wont print. IN your scenario, do both locations use the same printer model? And are you sure the test order is identical?
