unable to find app

Hi,
I have a Test merchant (R9Z30X8KHVZH2 - Sandbox FMS 1) in my sandbox account.I have created one application from my account - ONUS Discount App (APP ID : PKZF79XDAE4X4 ).Now when I am trying to find out this application in clover market,it shows me not found as in below attached screenshot.Whereas in my other Test merchant ( NGB2321SQKYM1 - Cloudester Sandbox), it is visible in it.Can you please help me with why it is not found in Test merchant named Sandbox FMS 1 ?What should I do to see this app in Sandbox FMS 1 merchant?

I just logged in as both merchant accounts and couldn't find the app from either account, but I did see that it was already installed on Merchant NGB2321SQKYM1 (Cloudtester) dashboard.
