Clover flex dev kit is not dessociating

I have a dev kit, which I want to dissociate and associate with another MID. (I do this quite often).

I have a problem dissociating. When I dissociated, I cant see it in the list of connected devices in my sandbox, but, it is not showing me the onboarding steps. I can still access the apps, as if its still associated with an MID. Please Help.

Is the issue that you expected it to factory reset, but it did not?

Yes. It says: The serial number you entered doesn’t match our records. Please check the number again.
