Getting merchant Info null in connecting Clover GO

Hi Team,

I make the clover Go semi integration in our POS Application. it's working fine with other Sandbox account but we used one of my account it's returning the merchant Info null and due to this we are not able to make payment. Please help us to resolve this issue because our testing clover go devkit device is attached with that specific account .
