Password reset email isn't coming through for our sandbox account.

Hello ,

Sorry for inconvenience. We have observed in Sandbox, reset password email is receiving to account inbox with a delay. Currently avg. delay time is (~2min) and we are looking forward to resolve this issue to provide seamless experience.

In their case, they were just locked out of their account.
