unable to factory reset sandbox machine

Hi here are the machine details:

Device id: C050UQ84070407

Merchant Id: NK8Y3FZ907021

Its status is activated but it didn't install correctly all clover apps.


When we are trying to reset the device it's asking for a passcode but its not able to accept any passcode.

That user is the admin/owner on that device but the device is unable to sync with clover.


Can you please reset this device?
