Forgot to add tips

Hello:

Newbie forgot to add tips and didn't find out later. How can we add a tip to a CC (we have the full CC # and exp date) if we do NOT have a zip code or CCV? This cannot be an uncommon issue! Thanks

Please provide some context. Are you a developer? What API are you using? What type of payments are you taking? Only certain type of payments are tip adjustable.

Thanks for the response David. We are the POS dealer and the customers new employee just forgot to add tips to existing checks when processing payments through first data and then the batch went through.
