I have a few customers that are on the auto surcharge program. When I updated their hardware to Clover Solo stations it no longer works. If I go to setup it shows that its selected and greyed out but it will not charge the customer the 3.5% either automatically or manually. I have a Clover Flex on the same account it it adds the 3.5% no problem but the Solo will not do it.
I have gone a few rounds with support and no one seems to be able to tell me how to fix it.
