Merchants unable to uninstall app that has been unpublished

We have a new app and have retired our old app by unpublishing it. However, merchants who had the old app installed are unable to uninstall it from the app market. they keep getting the error "Attempted to handle event 'notFound' on <app:app id> while in state root.loaded.updated.uncommitted". This is a real problem because the merchants are unable to uninstall the app yet the app market keeps billing the merchant.


Can Clover please help.

I think you should email developer-relations@devrel.clover.com with this problem so that it can be properly tracked.
