Not able to charge merchant as on installation popup merchant is shown as non billable in production environment
Per your question yesterday, you were trying to test billing features on Sandbox, I assume you are trying to do the same on production, is that correct? If you have just created a developer account in production you are going to have similar issues in prod, mainly that the merchant associated with your developer account is just a test. Let's continue this in the other thread.
